Continuity of Service

In these hard times for travel and tourism industry, Hippocketwifi will continue to provide its wifi rental service for travelers visiting Europe and for Europeans who need temporary wifi access (for example for remote working).

Our services are available in all European countries and we continue to deliver as usual. 24 hours express delivery is still available. Some local restrictions may be set up by authorities.

Our customer service is open as usual, 7 days a week.

Booking Flexibility

As always, your pocket wifi rental is 100% flexible. You can extend, shorten, postpone or cancel your rental at anytime. You can see our cancellation policy in our FAQ.

Safety and Cleaning

All our devices are cleaned with antibacterial disinfectant before shipping. We’ve improved our cleaning and hygiene protocols in consultation with public health authorities.

Whether you are traveling now or in the future, our incredible support team (Camille, Cassandre, Rida and Tara) is available as usual (7 days a week) for any question or assistance.
