Ordered online from the US was delivered to my home prior to departure. Works great in various parts of Italy. Printed the return label when I return home to the US and mailed it. Super easy. FedEx did try and charge me for delivery in the US, but I had already prepaid it. Emailed FedEx and they took care of it dismiss the charges.

They are very responsive. When I had questions during the trip, they were always quick to reply to me.

Arrived at our hotel and was waiting for us. Worked great for 4 of us to use on our Germany trip. Just wish battery life could be longer but we got a good 7-8 hrs out of it and traveled with a portable battery pack.

Amazing service! I used this for a 2 week trip in Denmark, Germany, and the Czech Republic as I did not have cell service on my phone / laptop. Hippo’s wifi device gave me a strong, fast connection everywhere I went and was a lifesaver.

What a brilliant idea! We had no Wifi in our appt in the Alps for holiday – with 2 teens it didnt bode well! This clever little gadget was a lifesaver – kept 4 us us online, powered our sat nav and our high altitude hikes. Very simply to use and saved money vs data roaming. Would highly recommend!

After reviewing several options for staying connected during our European vacation we decided on Hippocket Wifi. Affordable, easy to use and small in size, we found the unit indispensable. Connections were automatic and consistently fast. We even found occasional service while cruising off the coast of Spain and Portugal. Delivery was timely and most important their customer service team is responsive and cheerful; eager to answer your questions and address your concerns. We would definitely recommend Hippocket to anyone needing a reliable internet connection while traveling.

Would use again when in Europe. Side not to remember. Its not unlimited data but it they give you alot of data to begin with.

Invaluable for our trip across several European countries! The whole family got to know “Hippo” well throughout our travels. A few service interruptions but all explainable because of the location (e.g., in a tunnel), not a fault or deficiency of the Hippo. Overall would highly recommend.

Hippocket was amazing. We looked at other providers and chose to go with Hippocket because of what appeared to he a seamless service. It definitely was, we ordered and received our device well before our trip. When we arrived in Italy we turned it and connected our devices. Sending it back was just as seamless. We did lose connection once but received a text asking us to reboot the device which we did and it was solved straight away. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again when going abroad. It was perfect for the 5 of us with several devices.
