The device worked great all over France we drove over a 1000m or 1600km in a rental car ajd had service 90% of the time. Only times were near the ocean but no one really had service there anyways. Would use again when in Europe. Side not to remember. Its not unlimited data but it they give you alot of data to begin with.

We rented a portable hotspot from Hip Pocket wifi for our trip to Norway. We had it shipped to our hotel for our arrival. Everything worked wonderfully and the process was really easy from ordering and returning the unit after our trip.

Invaluable for our trip across several European countries! The whole family got to know “Hippo” well throughout our travels. A few service interruptions but all explainable because of the location (e.g., in a tunnel), not a fault or deficiency of the Hippo. Overall would highly recommend.

Hippocket was amazing. We looked at other providers and chose to go with Hippocket because of what appeared to he a seamless service. It definitely was, we ordered and received our device well before our trip. When we arrived in Italy we turned it and connected our devices. Sending it back was just as seamless. We did lose connection once but received a text asking us to reboot the device which we did and it was solved straight away. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again when going abroad. It was perfect for the 5 of us with several devices.

I have been using the HIppocketWifi every year for a decade when I take international trips. I would NOT leave home without it. It is the easiest way to stay connected. You never have to deal with SIM cards. Also, their customer service is incredible. I can be anywhere in the world…and if I have a question, and I email them….they reply extremely fast with an answer. I have come to have complete faith in this product and their service. It is a very well run company.

L’hippocketwifi est arrivée en moins d’une journée, mise en route parfaite et fonctionnement excellent…au début!! Le service de suivi (ceci dit reste en contact et est réactif). J’ai reçu un mail (indésirable) m’annonçant qu’il fallait que je change d’e-sim, que je n’ai pas vu puisque tout d’abord en vacances les indésirables c’est pas une priorité et parce que l’hippocketwifi ne fonctionnant plus, plus d’internet. Avec 6h de décalage horaire, et internet que le soir lorsque j’étais au logement, compliqué d’arranger le pb! Au final sur 15 jours, elle m’a été utile la première semaine seulement et ce qui m’agace vraiment c’est qu’ils ne proposent même pas d’eux même un remboursement. Alors non je ne la conseillerais pas et pour nous c’était le première fois et la dernière!!

Cost was WAY cheaper than using the travel plan on our phones for 4 people. This will be the only service I use when traveling in Europe.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We had a great experience with our Hippo Pocket Wifi. We used this for 18 days while traveling across Italy, Greece, Turkey and several places in between. Easy delivery to our hotel and returned via prepaid mail envelope at the airport. This saved us HUNDREDS of dollars by not using our cellular data. We were on a cruise during the middle part of our trip and used it when we would be off the ship wifi. We did not have any issues being connected anywhere we went. Will definitely recommend and will use again!

It works great! Easy pickup and drop off. We were in France for two weeks trip and this pocket Internet works fantastically, there were some remote area we got weaker coverage but overall we are very satisfied. Highly recommended if you travel with a group.
