  • Where can I find my reservation ID?

    You can find your reservation ID on the confirmation booking email you received after your payment.

    Reservation ID is 5 or 6 digits number.

    If you can’t find it, please leave the field blank and we will get back to you.

  • Where can I find pocket wifi number?

    The pocket wifi number is on the back of the pocket wifi.
    Number is starting with HIPPO- and then some letters and digits.

  • Why should I request activation?

    Activation process is a security control in order to prevent any unauthorized use of the pocket wifi.

  • When will you activate my pocket wifi?

    After your activation request, your pocket wifi activation will be scheduled on the first day of your rental at 00:01AM (Europe time zone).

    You will get a confirmation email within 24 hours after submitting your request.
