We travelled by rental car around France for 5 weeks. We use 5 devices (3 phones and 2 laptops) so we chose the mobile wifi for our services. Our trip started in Lyon and continued through Provence, Toulouse, Bordeaux, Nantes, the Loire Valley, Paris (during the riots), Arras, Epernay, Strasbourg, Beaune and back to Lyon. The wifi service was reliable through about 97% of our journey and the coverage on the main motorways was excellent. In addition, HIPPOCKETWIFI’s customer support was just terrific. I had questions at various stages of the whole hire process and the responses were quick and clear. I have no hesitation recommending this service.

Service was available everywhere I traveled trains, underground all of the locations I entered. They sent to my hotel it was there when I arrived easy to use small light weight. This is our third time using Hippocketwifi. We are very happy with their service and hardware. Rented the 5G model this time for the longer battery life. Had hardware delivered to our hotel in London – Got there in good time and was waiting for us when we arrived. Throughout our trip (covering London, France, Spain and Portugal), the wifi worked great – mostly 4G coverage according to the receiver. Only ran out of charge once, but that was a 12 hour day… Most days were 7 to 9 hrs on this wifi. At the end of our trip, left return package with Hotel to drop in the mail. Confirmation receipt took a while, but it got back to the company. Will definitely use their service again.

I reached out to Hippocketwifi at the recommendation of a friend for an international trip. I was hesitant at first however, that was short lived. The service was amazing and they were so helpful with getting me set up and understanding how to set it up for use internationally. I was able to set up the date that I wanted the device to arrive by which helped alleviate worries of it not arriving on time. I purchased the unlimited plan and let me tell you I used this all day, everyday of my trip without the worry of not being able to use maps or other app services. Upon return, a simple email requesting a return label, at their cost was easy. simply package up the item, affix the label and ship. I will definitely be using their services again.

HippocketWiFi is fantastic! It is delivered to your hotel before you arrive, it is easy too use. You can plug it into a car or recharge it in your hotel room. On foot I carried it in my purse. It is not heavy and you indeed have the internet in your pocket. Make reservations on the go, use What’s App, use maps, what ever you need. And it cost less than most daily telephone charges. It makes travel on your own so much easier!

I am happy with Hippocket Wifi. I would probably get the max speed next time. More details: Hippocket was delivered to my hotel in a very small town in the Scottish Highlands, either on time or early!! It worked very well almost everywhere except certain off the map places on the road / deep in nature in the Highlands… which I doubt any servicer would reach. Since we were on a road trip, it could get slower at times and for this reason I would have preferred max speed option. Overall I am pleased with the service and if I stuck to cities I am sure it would be even better.

This is the second Time I have rented from hippocket Wi-Fi. It worked great in every country, including Switzerland, which has notorious issues with phone systems being different. We were on a riverboat and had no problem when we were on the river. It’s the only way I would go. Much less expensive than using your phone company, plus no problems connecting wherever I was. You can use your phone on Wi-Fi calling, so you have all the features of your phone, plus you have an Internet that multiple people can use. I love that it was at the hotel when I arrived, and I could start using it immediately.

Ordered online from the US was delivered to my home prior to departure. Works great in various parts of Italy. Printed the return label when I return home to the US and mailed it. Super easy. FedEx did try and charge me for delivery in the US, but I had already prepaid it. Emailed FedEx and they took care of it dismiss the charges.

After reviewing several options for staying connected during our European vacation we decided on Hippocket Wifi. Affordable, easy to use and small in size, we found the unit indispensable. Connections were automatic and consistently fast. We even found occasional service while cruising off the coast of Spain and Portugal. Delivery was timely and most important their customer service team is responsive and cheerful; eager to answer your questions and address your concerns. We would definitely recommend Hippocket to anyone needing a reliable internet connection while traveling.

Invaluable for our trip across several European countries! The whole family got to know “Hippo” well throughout our travels. A few service interruptions but all explainable because of the location (e.g., in a tunnel), not a fault or deficiency of the Hippo. Overall would highly recommend.
