Can I receive my pocket wifi at my Airbnb address?
Yes, we can deliver to a Airbnb location (or vacation rental).
But from our experience, it could be pretty difficult as we arrange delivery before your arrival, so someone has to stay at the location during delivery times to sign for the parcel.
We strongly recommend to choose a delivery to a pickup location if you are staying at a Airbnb or at a rental apartment. As we have more than 35000 pickup locations available in Europe, you should be able to find one of them near where you will stay.

When will I receive my pocket wifi?
We usually deliver in Europe 1 or 2 days before the starting date of your rental.
You can check soonest delivery date available on the booking page.
Please kindly note that delivery to islands (in Greece, Italy, Spain, Croatia, …) may need extra time. Not sure about delivery time? Please contact us!For delivery to USA, Canada and outside Europe, your pocket wifi will arrive 3 to 5 days before the first day of your rental period.
Are you leaving sooner or have you some special request? No worries, kindly advise us on the comment box of the booking form with your departing date or you can contact us. We will arrange a special delivery for you.

Do you deliver to islands and remote areas?
Yes we do!
Please kindly note that delivery to islands (in Greece, Italy, Spain, Croatia, …) may need extra time.
Additional time is also required for delivery to remote areas, such as mountains (French and Swiss Alps) and Lapland.
We work with the fastest delivery companies in Europe and our team will choose the most efficient delivery service according to your destination.

From some European countries and from North America, we can provide you a prepaid shipment label (please contact us for more information).
