Located on the banks of the River Lace, Fussen is an ancient city full of romance. There are crisscrossed medieval streets of cobblestone and abound gorgeous Baroque churches. Fussen is at the southern end of the “Romantic Road” in Bavaria. Nowhere is better than the natural geography that Fussen occupies. 1. Neuschwanstein

Neuschwanstein has undoubtedly become a business card for German tourism, which is located in the Alps on the southern border of Germany. 4. Hohenschwangau

The Castle has won the favor of the royal court since its completion and has become the central theme of the court lyrics. Hohenschwangau was completed in 1836, Ludwig II spent his childhood here. 5. Swan Lake

Swan Lake is the prototype of the Swan Lake mentioned in the famous ballet drama. It’s not easy to enter the area of the Swan Lake, but the scenery is definitely worth spending time and a lot of energy. On the other side of the lake you can see the beautiful pictures of Hohenschwangau, Neuschwanstein and the Alps. 6. Reichenstraβe Street

Reichenstraβe is a main street in the old town of Fussen. The historic mansion on both sides is also along the Via Claudia Augusta road that extended to northern Italy during the ancient Roman. At the end of the south side of Reichenstraβe Street, there is a city fountain with the statue of St. Magnus who is the patron saint of Fussen. There are two main squares, three churches and some colorful fairy-tale houses on the street.

7. Fussen Museum

The Fussen Museum occupies part of the St. Mang Monastery and reawakens memories of the 16th century that Fussen was a violin manufacturing center. You can also visit the Baroque Festival Room, the Romanesque Cloister and the beautiful Chapel of Santa Ana in the Abbey. The museum retains the original frame of the original monastery including the original ancient murals that remain in the museum and become natural exhibits. 8. Weiss Church

The Weiss Church (1745–1754) is situated in a beautiful alpine valley and is well preserved. It is an excellent masterpiece of the Bavarian Rococo style, and you will feel the baroque style and Rococo’s playfulness as soon as you enter. The design philosophy of the entire church revolves around the central principle of “pilgrimage” emphasizing the theme of repentance and salvation. Both painting and sculpture are fascinating. 9. Holy Spirit Hospital Church

There is a red building on the Lech River that is called the Holy Spirit Hospital Church. The church was burned down in 1733. The front of the reconstructed church is a gorgeous Rococo style mural depicting the god of firefighting – St. Florian and the patron saint of the Lech River – St. Ridov.

10. Konigliche Kristall – Therme

There is Hot Spring that is called Konigliche Kristall Therme near Fussen. It is a salt crystal ore hot spring. There are different pools of different percentages salt. You float on the hot springs of 12% salt, which is like being soaked in the Dead Sea. Soaking in the hot springs, basking in the warm sun and looking at the dignified beauty of Neuschwanstein Castle and Hohenschwangau Castle at the foot of the snow-capped mountains, all of which make a very wonderful travel experience.
