HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We had a great experience with our Hippo Pocket Wifi. We used this for 18 days while traveling across Italy, Greece, Turkey and several places in between. Easy delivery to our hotel and returned via prepaid mail envelope at the airport. This saved us HUNDREDS of dollars by not using our cellular data. We were on a cruise during the middle part of our trip and used it when we would be off the ship wifi. We did not have any issues being connected anywhere we went. Will definitely recommend and will use again!

It works great! Easy pickup and drop off. We were in France for two weeks trip and this pocket Internet works fantastically, there were some remote area we got weaker coverage but overall we are very satisfied. Highly recommended if you travel with a group.

Très bon wifi de poche, très bon service, j’ai eu un souci les 2 premièrs jours car le wifi n’était pas bien paramétré et donc 0 connection donc j’ai appelé et il m’ont envoyé la procédure de déboguage et après tout à été impeccable.

Very convenient for our trip. Pocket wifi worked well throughout the trip in different cities in Europe with no issues, and was easy to use. Definitely bring a portable charger with you and the cable that connects to the portable wifi if you plan on being out all day since battery life is around 8 hrs or so. I also liked how it was mailed to us before our trip and then after our trip when we returned home to the US, we were able to mail it back with a prepaid envelope, so I did not have to remember to drop it off at an airport before leaving the country.

Short version: Excellent nomad wifi, with great customer service ! I am a French living in Japan, and client since 2017. Once again I used Hippocket Wifi this summer in various European countries. As usual, totally satisfied with the reliability: Transitioning between countries is seamless and I always had a powerful signal wherever. Either in French or German rural areas, Greek islands (And even on the ferries), in Czech Republic and Northern Europe. An essential tool on my trips, as I need good connections for working remotely. I will definitely continue using in future travels across Europe. With this review I also want to warmly thank and praise the whole Customer Care team! Used this service for a trip to Europe. They mailed it to our house in the US and provided an envelope and instructions for returning in our final country. I had to use their customer service once and they were friendly and very helpful. The device worked perfectly in a couple of countries in Europe, including while hiking in the mountains.

Many would just pay their wireless company for international plans, but you don’t get wifi for your ipad or kindle with that. Also great for driving with apple carplay – always had directions on hand. Lastly, excellent customer service – immediate response time. This is our 2nd time using Hippocketwifi. Thanks!

Everything was so easy! The 5G Pro unit was delivered to my hotel and was waiting for me when I arrived in Germany. Traveling with two teenagers who wanted to stay in touch with their friends and stream videos while we traveled from city to city made this worth while. Setup was painless and the signal strength throughout the trip was beyond excellent. The unit did not need to be recharged during the day if it was fully charged in the morning before we left our hotel. The return instructions were clear and very straightforward. I will definitely use this service again the next time I travel to Europe.

This was a vacation saver on more than one occasion. With the train strike in Italy we needed to be able to access WiFi to make alternate arrangements when our trains stopped running on two different days. We also used it for roaming Italian cities on foot.

DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE- I wouldn’t even give 1 star honestly. I booked this for a 10 day trip and it hasn’t worked one day that it was supposed to. I’ve sent them pictures showing NO SERVICE and they refuse to refund so now I’ve paid for this service plus I’ve had to pay for another internet service all while having a scrambling start to my trip without any internet. Just stay away and get something else and save yourself some money and headaches. They give you some troubleshooting documents that didn’t work and when it shows I haven’t even used their service all week then apparently that doesn’t qualify for a refund. Such a ripoff.

They’ve delivered for me several years in a row, their service is reliable across Europe, and they’re worth it. For best effect, get them to deliver to your hotel the day _before_ you arrive, as sometimes the postal service arrives late in the day.

Excelente servicio, no tengo un pero que ponerle. Excelente señal siempre, nos conectamos 5 personas durante 8 días y nunca notamos que la conexión fuera lenta. Navegación rápida y de muy fácil conexión en cuanto llegas al país para posteriormente conectarse automáticamente cada vez. Hay que llevar siempre el dispositivo encima y obviamente el que lo lleve no alejarse mucho del grupo pero me parecen cuestiones menores para el gran servicio que ofrece a los que no tienen un tlf compatible con una e-sim. Lo entregan en una funda muy bien protegido con el añadido del cargador y en mi caso un adaptador para EEUU que fue a donde viajé además tuvieron el detalle de incluir en el envío tres tarjetas sims en caso de que hubiera algún problema con él pocket WiFi. Sin duda muy recomendable y el trato con ellos por WhatsApp muy atento y siempre colaboradores a ayudar. Gracias

Luego, cuando llegó el momento de partir, simplemente puse todo en el sobre y lo dejé en un buzón del aeropuerto de donde salía. ¡Muy fáciles, súper convenientes y los usaría nuevamente!
