L’hippocketwifi est arrivée en moins d’une journée, mise en route parfaite et fonctionnement excellent…au début!! Le service de suivi (ceci dit reste en contact et est réactif). J’ai reçu un mail (indésirable) m’annonçant qu’il fallait que je change d’e-sim, que je n’ai pas vu puisque tout d’abord en vacances les indésirables c’est pas une priorité et parce que l’hippocketwifi ne fonctionnant plus, plus d’internet. Avec 6h de décalage horaire, et internet que le soir lorsque j’étais au logement, compliqué d’arranger le pb! Au final sur 15 jours, elle m’a été utile la première semaine seulement et ce qui m’agace vraiment c’est qu’ils ne proposent même pas d’eux même un remboursement. Alors non je ne la conseillerais pas et pour nous c’était le première fois et la dernière!!

Everything about Hippocket was great! The wifi arrived at my house before we left. Carrying bag was nice to keep track of everything. Easy to use and connect to while traveling in Spain. Cost was WAY cheaper than using the travel plan on our phones for 4 people. This will be the only service I use when traveling in Europe.

I have used Hippocket Wifi twice. In 2025 and again in 2026. Being able to have the Internet 24/7 at your disposal is a great asset and comfort. The staff at Hippocket have been totally professional, friendly and lovely and easy to deal with. I will use them again in 2027 without hesitation.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We had a great experience with our Hippo Pocket Wifi. We used this for 18 days while traveling across Italy, Greece, Turkey and several places in between. Easy delivery to our hotel and returned via prepaid mail envelope at the airport. This saved us HUNDREDS of dollars by not using our cellular data. We were on a cruise during the middle part of our trip and used it when we would be off the ship wifi. We did not have any issues being connected anywhere we went. Will definitely recommend and will use again!

It works great! Easy pickup and drop off. We were in France for two weeks trip and this pocket Internet works fantastically, there were some remote area we got weaker coverage but overall we are very satisfied. Highly recommended if you travel with a group.

J‘ai adoré avoir une lettre affranchie pour le retour. Pour ce qui est de la box Elle-Même j‘avais du 5G illimité car je fais beaucoup de conférences vidéos et pas de problèmes, l‘Image parfaite et le transfert aussi. Très bon wifi de poche, très bon service, j’ai eu un souci les 2 premièrs jours car le wifi n’était pas bien paramétré et donc 0 connection donc j’ai appelé et il m’ont envoyé la procédure de déboguage et après tout à été impeccable.

Very convenient for our trip. Pocket wifi worked well throughout the trip in different cities in Europe with no issues, and was easy to use. Definitely bring a portable charger with you and the cable that connects to the portable wifi if you plan on being out all day since battery life is around 8 hrs or so. I also liked how it was mailed to us before our trip and then after our trip when we returned home to the US, we were able to mail it back with a prepaid envelope, so I did not have to remember to drop it off at an airport before leaving the country.

Short version: Excellent nomad wifi, with great customer service ! I am a French living in Japan, and client since 2017. Once again I used Hippocket Wifi this summer in various European countries. As usual, totally satisfied with the reliability: Transitioning between countries is seamless and I always had a powerful signal wherever. Either in French or German rural areas, Greek islands (And even on the ferries), in Czech Republic and Northern Europe. An essential tool on my trips, as I need good connections for working remotely. I will definitely continue using in future travels across Europe. With this review I also want to warmly thank and praise the whole Customer Care team! You can be proud to provide one of the best services I know in France. From the rental order to payment to shipment to general communications: Your dedicated care and professionalism are on par with the quality of services in Japan. Used this service for a trip to Europe. They mailed it to our house in the US and provided an envelope and instructions for returning in our final country. I had to use their customer service once and they were friendly and very helpful. The device worked perfectly in a couple of countries in Europe, including while hiking in the mountains.

Excelente servicio, no tengo un pero que ponerle. Excelente señal siempre, nos conectamos 5 personas durante 8 días y nunca notamos que la conexión fuera lenta. Navegación rápida y de muy fácil conexión en cuanto llegas al país para posteriormente conectarse automáticamente cada vez. Hay que llevar siempre el dispositivo encima y obviamente el que lo lleve no alejarse mucho del grupo pero me parecen cuestiones menores para el gran servicio que ofrece a los que no tienen un tlf compatible con una e-sim. Lo entregan en una funda muy bien protegido con el añadido del cargador y en mi caso un adaptador para EEUU que fue a donde viajé además tuvieron el detalle de incluir en el envío tres tarjetas sims en caso de que hubiera algún problema con él pocket WiFi. Sin duda muy recomendable y el trato con ellos por WhatsApp muy atento y siempre colaboradores a ayudar. Gracias

Hippocketwifi fue realmente fácil de usar y el servicio al cliente fue muy personal. Recibí mi wifi de bolsillo temprano en los EE. UU. y pude usarlo fácilmente mientras estaba en Europa. Luego, cuando llegó el momento de partir, simplemente puse todo en el sobre y lo dejé en un buzón del aeropuerto de donde salía. ¡Muy fáciles, súper convenientes y los usaría nuevamente!
