Can I upgrade my data plan during the rental?
Yes of course, you can contact us at any time if you need to add more data on your long-term data plan. We can either:- add more data for the current month
– or upgrade your rental to a larger data plan

How can I check how much data I have used?
You can check your real-time data usage on the screen of your pocket wifi.

Is it possible to extend or shorten my rental period?
Yes sure we will be happy to change your rental at any time: we can either shorten or extend your rental.
We will recalculate the rental price according to the length of your rental.
Please contact us as soon as you know your new rental dates.

What happens when I have used all my data plan?
After using your 75GB or 150GB data plan, your speed will be significantly reduced (2G speed) until the beginning of the next month. If you need more data, you can contact us anytime!

My trip is canceled. Can I canceled my pocket wifi booking too?
Yes, you can cancel your booking at any time.
Please contact us as soon as possible by email, phone calls or messages.
Cancellation policy:
– you will get an immediate full refund if your order is not yet shipped
– you will get a refund minus delivery&return fixed costs if we’ve already shipped your orderDelivery&return fixed costs are as follow:
to/from France: standard delivery 5€, express delivery 10€, return 5€
to/from Europe: standard delivery 10€, express delivery 20€, return 9€
to/from USA/other countries: standard delivery 10€, express delivery 20€, return 15€
