  • Where can I find my reservation ID?

    You can find your reservation ID on the confirmation booking email you received after your payment.

    Reservation ID is 5 or 6 digits number.

    If you can’t find it, please leave the field blank and we will get back to you.

  • I’ve lost the return envelope – what should I do?

    Don’t worry, you can use another envelope or a small box and stick the return label we’ll be sending you by email onto it.
