Our tips for returning your pocket wifi
- 🧾 Get a Proof of Return
When you drop off the return package at any post office, be sure to ask for a receipt or proof of return.
This is handy to keep just in case we need it.
- 🏨 Return from your Hotel
You can also ask your hotel to mail the pocket wifi back for you! Just seal the return envelope, hand it to the front desk, and ask for the name of the person handling it.
Please note: if the device doesn’t make it back to us and the label hasn’t been scanned, you will unfortunately be held responsible for the missing return.
