Return your pocket wifi from any other country

⚠️ Before you send your pocket wifi back, please double-check that you have the correct return label :
Just look at the tag on the back of the return envelope you received.
If it is a return without stamp, you will need to buy a stamp with a tracking number from any post office and stick it on the provided return envelope.

If you have any customs information to fill out: you can explain that this is a merchandise return (pocket wifi rental) and the customs value is 1 EUR (or 1 USD).
